Globe-Trotter Introduces ‘The Restoration Edit’

The Restoration Edit marks a new chapter in Globe-Trotter's history. Rooted in the belief that exceptional craftsmanship should be preserved rather than replaced, it celebrates the enduring life of every case and Globe-Trotter's commitment to creating luggage designed to be carried, cared for and passed on.

The Restoration Edit begins with The Renewed Collection, a carefully curated selection of Globe-Trotter cases restored by hand in the Hertfordshire workshop. Individually selected by the workshop team, every piece undergoes a considered restoration using the same traditional techniques and specialist craftsmanship that have defined Globe-Trotter since 1897.

The Renewed Collection will be presented exclusively through globe-trotter.com in curated releases. Individually restored and singular by nature, every case exists only once. Once acquired, it begins the next chapter of its journey.

Later this year, Globe-Trotter will introduce The Archive, the second expression of The Restoration Edit. Comprising a rare selection of historic Globe-Trotter cases from the brand's own archive, each piece will be individually restored and presented as a singular work for collectors and connoisseurs.

More than restoration, it is a continuation. A living archive of global travel. Prepared for the journeys still to come.
