Harrods Acqua di Parma

Acqua di Parma unveils its newly redesigned retail space at Harrods Knightsbridge, located in the same prime spot within the Beauty Hall where the Maison has been present since 2019. Designed by Dorothée Meilichzon, the concept draws inspiration from sophisticated private members’ clubs, echoing their intimate atmosphere with glass façades, delicate curtains, and textured glass details reminiscent of traditional establishments.

The retail space’s layout has been carefully structured to enhance the customer journey. The animation table, a classic shape by Dorothée with inverted arches, is positioned as the first touchpoint, showcasing the Maison’s novelties. Adjacent to it, the fragrance bar features lemons, yellow and off-white lacquer, and a wooden top, offering an immersive olfactory experience. Inspired by Italian design, a black iron chandelier elegantly displays Acqua di Parma’s Cube Candles. The Art of Gifting area includes an engraving machine, allowing clients to personalise their purchases. An exclusive sitting area, created specifically for Harrods, is concealed behind the central backwall to offer clients a private consultation space. This intimate corner features a table with a citrus peel-effect base and glass top, armchairs upholstered in Lost and Found Lemon fabric by Christopher Farr, and yellow glass panels with a citrus peel imprint, complemented by a curtain for a design touch.
